New home
If all goes well next week, I will be owing the bank a huge amount of money to build this dream house in this estate by end of next year, living a suburban life and worrying about interest rates. Wish me luck!

Wow, Jen turning into a Yankees fan and Kai building a house in Australia. Did you swap part of your personality? And who was the missing American in your Swap? Is there one who took a bit of Malaysian culture on??? ;-)
Congratulations though! I haven't had the courage yet to make commitments like that. Maybe once our visa stuff has been figured out...
