Drop of water

End of development week, I've now gone through 2 iterations in this new job of 6 months. Of all the companies I've work with (a couple have been multinational and 1 non-profit), this is the one company to churn out software features at the fatest rate.

The working culture in Australia is very different from my previous experience. I like to think that we're more productive. We work no longer than 8 hours a day, we take an average amount of time (30 minutes) of lunch break, we don't surf at work nor have personal chat using the office phone and we never or almost never spend more than 9 hours in the office in total. Maybe it's the company that I work in.. but 'm happy with the arrangement seeing that I can get home by 6.30pm on most days.

more pictures from last weekend.

:) the other post was of my sister. She wasn't too happy to see her sweaty face picture on the internet so I had to take it down.

Hey Kai

You have been taking really beautiful photos! I'll be heading down to Perth from 9 Aug to 14 Aug and it's my very first trip to Aussie! Im just wondering whether will you "happen" to be at Perth around the same time? *trying my luck here* ;p
